RETURNS
POLICY
Any item
sold by Unistep Technologies can be returned for a full refund within 60 days
of delivery. The items must be in original packaging and in a condition
suitable for reselling. A re-stocking fee will apply to returned items. Items
must be shipped prepaid and in proper packaging against damage in transit.
A
re-stocking fee of 10% of the price of the returned item will be applied
against the refund amount.
Any
product assembled or manufactured by Unistep Technologies can be returned for repairs or
exchange during the warranty period of ONE YEAR following the delivery. The
units must be shipped prepaid and in proper packaging to prevent damage in
transit. Unistep will repair or exchange the product with a new unit at its
discretion, free of charge, and will pay for the shipping back to the
purchaser.
Product
Warranty does not apply to kits assembled by the purchaser. Unistep will finish
the assembly of partially assembled kits or repair damaged kits assembled by
the purchaser at a fee. Please contact Unistep Customer Support to make
arrangements for assembly or troubleshooting work.
Please
contact Unistep to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before
shipping any products. This number must be clearly visible on the return
package.
